My extensions aren't the right color and I haven't opened the main part of the package, how do I return/exchange?

Returns are simple, if you are not satisfied we will be glad to help you exchange for another style or color or another product. Please notify the company within 5 business of your request and once received item back in same condition, we will be glad to exchange. For any further questions contact Madame Rouge extensions. (Extensions cannot be worn/damaged, we are not in charge of returns cost).

How do I know which color to choose?

Using our coloring chart should help, it will help you decide on which color is best. If you are still having trouble with choosing a natural hair color please E-mail us a picture of your hair to further assist you.

Can I use hot tools on my extensions?

YES! You can, our hair extensions are 100% virgin hair.

Can I wash my extensions? (If so how often)

Yes! You can definitely wash your hair extensions, every other week should be fine. If excessive chemicals is used on hair wash often to remove chemicals. After every wash your hair should feel like new again.

How long will my Hair extensions typically last?

Typically Madame Rouge hair extensions should last up to 1-year or more depend on proper care.

My extensions are shedding! What do I do?

Read the caring guide of the hair extensions on our page to help with the maintenance of the hair. The shedding can also come from cutting your hair wefts, and not sealing the ends or from chemically damaging the hair from excessive bad chemicals. (Keep in mind, you are treating your own hair), what you will not do to your own hair, don't do it to the extensions.) Using cheap chemicals on your hair will definitely cause breakage, and shedding.


How long does shipping take?

Usually shipping will take 3-5 days, except mademoiselle orders. Due to the fact its custom colors, processing time can take 5-8 days but shipping will be base on which shipping method you have selected, from placing your order. Shipping also depends on, which shipping method you decide to proceed with.

 How do I track my package?

Tracking your order will be simple and no hassle. Once your product has been ship an e-mail will automatically be sent out provided you with a tracking number. From there you can track your order.

Where do you ship from?

We ship orders using FedEx/DHL/UPS Express. The amount charged depends on total weight of merchandise. Orders will ship within 3-10 business days of receiving payment.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time as it may take 2-3 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for DHL, FedEx or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact DHL, FedEx or UPS. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if DHL, UPS or FedEx fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time, thus please choose Express Options at your own discretion.

Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact DHL (1-800-225-5345), FedEx (1-800-463-3339) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). In order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. (Once an item has been ship-out, and we been notified of delivery status it's out of our hands.)
